Canadian orders please note there are separate links for purchases taxed with GST or HST. Residents of the Provinces of Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland & Labrador must select the HST option. Because of differing tax rates in some provinces where HST is charged, the final price may be adjusted at time of processing.

You will receive two e-mails after completing your purchase: the first will be a receipt for your purchase and will usually arrive within one hour of completing the transaction. Please check your "spam" or "junk" filtered e-mail boxes for all receipts if you feel you have not received the message within the times noted here. The second, will usually arrive within 24 hours (except on weekends where it can take up to 72 hours), and will include will include your PDF issue as an e-mail attachment. Please note: The files we create for our Online Editions are typically in the range of 2.5 to 4 Megabytes in size. In the event that you are using a dial-up internet connection (e.g. 56 Kbps), it is possible that your internet browser may take an unusually long time to connect to the file and begin the download. Estimated download times may be in the range of 6.5 minutes to 10 minutes. Also note that our servers do experience periods of high traffic and this can cause slow connection or no connection situations.
